    Job Description:
    • Assist in implementing overall Sales & Marketing activities to meet company’s sales target.
    • To create new customer or market by industrial tape product (Nitto Product).
    • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
    • To promote the product portfolio of Industrial Adhesives & Tapes to industrial /manufacturing customers.
    • To build strong relation with customers by business creation point of view.
    • Analysis sales situation and make sales strategy.
    • Provides appropriate sales support services to customers and distributors.
    • Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Preferred mandarin speaker as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
    - Education Background : Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
    - Experience :Minimum 5-6 years of working experience in Industrial, Sales or equivalent.
    - Must required background (Industrial/Plastic component/ adhesive tape or equivalent).
    - Require Skill : Team Players with good communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Responsible based on assignment set.
    • Good computer skills (MS Office)
    • Analytical skills.
    • Good personality with strong commitment to the job offer.
