    Job summery
    ・Key-in Sales profits and checking the account for payment
    ・Confirmation of payment from customers
    ・Key-in stock data
    ・Checking trial balance sheet
    ・Checking cashier slip
    ・General Secretary
    ・Payment to each business partner
    ・Bank in Deposit
    ・Update Delivery information & schedule
    ・Communicate with accounting Manager (Japanese)
    ・Other task when required.

    *Company is outsourcing for accounting so basically simple accounting only.
    *In the future, company expects this position to go on a business trip to Brunei or Indonesia to give a training & checking the operation

Qualifications

  • Requirement


    - Language : English, Japanese N3 above
    - Education Background : Open
    - Experience :
    【Must】Min 1 year of Adimn or Sales support related experience.
    【Added-advantage】experienced partial Account/ knowledge of BL&PL
    - Others: No issue with business trip to other countries.

Additional Information

  • Benefit

    Basic Salary: MYR 4,500 ~ 5,000 (Negotiable)


    - Bonus: 2 times upon confirmation
    - Fixed transportation
    - EPF, SOCSO
    - Medical allowance : RM 70/1 time, Maximum RM 700/year
    - AL: 8 days for the first year
    - if there is irregular attendance, OT will be paid.
