• Job Description

  Responsible to ensure that all electrical facility / maintenance systems meet the statutory regulations, environment and safety standard.
  
  General
  1. Actively participate and follow all the safety rules & regulations.
  2. Adhere and follow all the rules & regulation of company from time to time.
  3. Must have basic knowledge of safety work procedure to handle machinery
  4. Other duties as assigned by Manager
  5. Must be highly motivated with positive attitude and self-driven.
  6. In case of trouble occurred on production facility, find out failure factor and carry out checking, repair & adjustment and investigate the root cause, take a preventive counter measure for it.
  7. Actively involved in other ad hoc project that might be assigned by management and undertake other necessary functions as determine from time to time by the superior.
  8. Implementing factory energy consumption survey, and carry out energy saving activity.
  9. Have ability to make out Specification for Quotation, and evaluate the quotation.
  10. Managing Stock control of spare parts & tools, if the needs arise, prepare for report stock.
  11. Manage the record & report of checking activity (daily/periodically), trouble shooting and improvement activity.
  12. Establish document and training to maintain the best product quality and with high productivity.
  13. Responsible, punctual and independent personality.
  14. Able to work in shift
  15. Able to do Over-Time work
  16. Ability to make decision under pressure.
  17. Good communication skills.
  
  Duties
  1. Repair & maintenance of all facility and equipment related Electrical (both heavy & light electric) in all factory area.
  2. Implementing periodical check of production facility to maintain stable production.
  3. Implementing planning maintenance of production facility to maintain stable production.
  4. Implementing improvement activity to production facility to upgrading of productivity & safety.
  5. Implementing checking & calibration of measurement equipment of production facility.
  6. Implementing daily checking & periodical checking to all utility facility in factory to maintain stable operation
  7. Implementing daily checking & periodical checking to power distribution equipment in factory to maintain stable supply.
  8. Carry out the facility maintenance by yourself or by suing sub-contractor, to fit into its schedule.
  10. support to liaise with relevant authorities on various utility services and compliance issue.
  11. Provide training and guidance to subordinates.
  12. Ensuring all relevant laws, statutes and regulations relating to electrical system and installation Are complied with

  13. Manage the electrical work of the project of instalment, relocation, modification or removal of production facility.
  14. Manage the utility related work of the project of new building construction, renovation or demolition
