Job Description
<Human Resource>
--- Must-Have ---
- Possess experience in Manpower Planning (Operation Planning – Headcount).
- Possess experience in chairing a Domestic Inquiry Panel and/or acted as Prosecuter / Company Case Presenter.
- Possess experience in managing and handling a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for underperforming staff.
- Possess experience in executing and managing Performance Management System.
- Possess experience in Compensation and Benefit Management (Employee Related Insurance).
- Aware of and possess intel on the upcoming amendments on Employment related laws (Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, Trade Union Act 1959, Workers’ Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 1990, Corporate Liability Clause – Section 20 of MACC Act, etc.)
--- Good-To-Have ---
- Vast and extensive experience in Workforce Planning (Organizational Design, Succession Planning, etc).
- Vast and extensive experience in training managers on how to coach and mentor their team.
<Administration>
--- Must-Have ---
- Possess experience in applying (new and renewal) for Business Premise License.
- Possess experience in managing Environmental and Safety related compliance.
--- Good-to-Have ---
- Possess experience in applying (new and renewal) for Wholesale, Retail, and Trade License and other Operating License (Manufacturing License, CIDB, etc) in Malaysia.

- Education Background : Preferably University Degree majoring in Human Resources.
- Experience : 7 years experience in Human Resource, with minimum 3 years at Managerial position.
