Job Description
Primary Responsibility:
• Perform equipment installation, setup, equipment sustaining, troubleshooting and improvement projects to support overall organization goals and objectives.
• Mentor to equipment / senior equipment engineer.
• Ensure healthiness of equipment for good quality production.
Job Scope:
• Lead project in new or modified equipment setup.
• Oversee and ensure effective PM management and equipment maintenance.
• Prepare yearly budget for use of equipment.
• Initiate and drive all continuous improvement project (cycle time, capacity, cost reduction, 5S etc) for departmental goal when necessary.
• Coordinate improvement project for equipment engineers.
• Develop the team by focusing on individual performance and support requirements to achieve high standards, whilst fostering a culture of working safely.
• Provide guidance, training and coaching to engineers and technician in machine maintenance and troubleshooting and improvement projects.
• Understand and work in accordance with the company’s quality requirements
• Understand and maintain high standards of tidiness and organisation in line with good practice.
• Understand and work in accordance with mandatory requirements of Environmental, Safety and Health policy.
• Complete other matters assigned by the Department Head.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Language : Good communication skills – fluent in English & Mandarin, written and spoken.
- Education Background : • Degree in Engineering. Preferably Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics.
- Experience :• Preferable ≥ 7 years working experience in handling manufacturing machines maintenance and knowledge and experience in relevant field is mandatory. Experience working in high production volume industry is mandatory..
- Require Skill : • Must demonstrate good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Preferably knowledgeable in computer networking and PLC programming.
• SPC knowledge is required.
• Experience in electrical/ electronic/ mechanical for troubleshooting.
- Others : • Preferably ≥ 7 years working experience in manufacturing environment and experience in relevant field is mandatory.
• Good & effective communication skill with all levels.
• Good negotiation skill with internal and external customer.
• Strong administration and leadership skill.
• Understand electronics/ electrical/ mechanical theory.
• Experience in handling Semiconductor Manufacturing equipment or any machinery.English Level
