• Job Description

  -Insurance support to group companies (Renewal, new insurance arrangement)
  -Proposed sales such as insurance contract maintenance and new insurance of group companies (within Malaysia)
  -Deal with the group accounting staff and others, focusing on contract management, but will do some sales roles as well
  -Negotiations with insurance companies to reduce premiums, negotiations to extend coverage
  -Internal management work (Insurance and fee management, settlement of numerical figures, forward prospects,
  Business plan development)
  -To develop propositions related to this business
  -To ensure the premium due from client are collected promptly in line with PIAM, Financial Service Act requirement and the company rule.
  -Ensure accurate and timely distribution of information to clients
  -Provide relevant support to Japanese clients in timely manner and when required, in response to possible change in internal or external environment.
  -Ensure regular client visits to update clients of potential new products and to keep abreast of client’s current solution requirements
  -Keep updated with clients’ current requirements; responding to clients’ requests with accurate information and in timely manner
  -Arrange and manage risk management information services
