  Job Responsibilities:
  a. Manage Sales Team
  b. Managing current client, dealing with business requirements and complains, if any
  c. Plan sales, revenue and expenses as well as forecasting & managing the team
  d. Achieving growth and sales target, implementing sales plan
  e. Handle sales department and negotiate with client whenever necessary
