• Job Description

  - Mechanical Product Design and minor modification
  - Using AutoCAD for issuing technical drawing
  - Prepare instruction manual
  - Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the HOD
  - Able to give the idea and able to design equipment. iig & fixture for a new project or current project
  - Responsible for preparing and monitoring the equipment breakdown and spare part
  - Monitor daily maintenance of equipment, which includes repair and general workshop equipment
  - Prepare Design for Manufacturing (DFM) for new and existing product lines, fixtures, tooling and jigs with an improved product quality and productivity.
  - Coordinate. maintain and issue official drawing for new products fixtures, tooling and iigs for both in-house manufacturing/fabrication and outsourced subcontracting.
  - Execute and manage the engineering and re-engineering of the production lines for optimal productivity and zero defect production
