Qualifications

• Requirement

  
  - Language : Chinese and English, able to converse in different Chinese dialect will be an advantage
  - Education Background : Bachelor's Degree holder in Commerce, Marketing, Economic, Business Administration or equivalent.
  - Experience :
  【MUST】
  1. At least 5 years of working experience in business development and marketing of leasing facilities and industrial hire purchase(For example: machinery equipment such as - commercial vehicle (truck, bus), construction equipment, office automation, printing & packaging equipment. Normal vehicle or mortgages cannot be accepted),
  2. customer service and dealer referral business or other related fields, have face-to-face interaction experience with customers and dealers.
  - Require Skill : Knowledge of current Hire Purchase market trend will be an added advantage
  - Others :
  • Strong knowledge in customer service and experience in handling SME customers’ / dealers’ complaints.
  • Able to cultivate marketing potentials and develop new products.
  • In-depth experience in executing and monitoring marketing activities.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills for effective customer communications and report writing skills.
  • Self-motivated to constantly over-achieve the targets set, versatile and able to work in face-paced environment.
