• Job Description

  - inputs data from time sheets, production records or individual time cards to computerised payroll system
  - Responsible for handling full spectrum of HR duties such as payroll, recruitment, leave management and monitor staff attendance
  - Responsible for variety of payroll processing activities including computing wages, bonus, allowances, claim and overtime payment, calculating and recording payroll deduction.
  - execute end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, CV screening, arrangement of interviews, salary negotiation and on boarding of candidates.
  - actively source for candidate via multiple channels such as job portals advertising, referrals, networking and headhunting service.
  - to prepare and document terminations, promotion, grievances, attendance and leave records, performance records and compensation and benefit information, etc
  - To handle employees grievances and disciplinary issue if any
  - Assist to organize corporate event such as monthly birthday celebration, quarterly team building, sport club activities and annual dinner.
  - to undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
