  • Job Description

    RESPONSIBILTIES
    • Manage the overall Accounts / Finance department include product costing, treasury functions, fixed assets management, taxation, regular statutory reporting and compliance requirements.
    • Key personnel in the Accounts Team, supporting the Head – Finance in leading the accounts staff to collect, analyse, verify and report financial information.
    • Periodical accounting/financial reports, analysis, review and highlight of critical issues.
    • Perform regular internal audit of the work process to ensure full compliance with the statutory requirements and accounting policies, practices and guidelines.
    • Prepare and manage the budget, forecast, cash flow, cost impact analysis.
    • Liaise with bankers, auditors, company secretary, tax agents and statutory authorities.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English & Mandarin
    - Education Background : • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting qualification such as ACCA and CIMA.
    - Experience in leading and managing an accounts team consists of 8 to 10 members who are long service and seniority staff
    - Experience :• Minimum 5 years relevant work experiences in multinational corporates preferably from manufacturing industry.
    - Require Skill : • Good knowledge of accounting principles, standards and tax regulations.
    • Excellent analytical skill with the ability to present data clearly & convincing manner.
    • Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadline and good problem-solving skill.
    - Computer literate and familiar with SAP accounting system
