Job Description
• Execute all purchasing activities in accordance to ISO Standard Procedure and ensure meeting the Departmental Quality Objective
• Vendor and supplier selection, price comparison & negotiation, payment term and condition to obtain best cost saving for the company.
• Responsible for daily internal and external goods arrangement for all incoming and outgoing.
• Verify availability to stock and expediting deliveries investigate delays and initiate remedial action.
• Execute vendor/supplier audit & evaluation process.
• Oversee & liaise with custom and forwarding for import & export transaction. Monthly report to submit to comply LMW requirement.
• Responsible on maintenance of LMW & license renewal.
• To ensure effective Purchasing function and appropriate procedure improvement being carried out from time to time.
• Proper planning and control stock of raw part & chemical for production.
• To review purchase requisition and determine proper purchasing methods in compliance with the purchasing policies and procedure.
• To prepare monthly/weekly report for all related information for top management further discussion.
• Documentation management and filling.
• Can accept ad hoc jobs.
Qualifications
Requirement
Education - Minimum degree in related discipline (manufacturing, statistic, finance)
Experience - Minimum 10 years working experience preferably in manufacturing sector
Candidate should have below qualities -
1. Strong cost analytical skill
2. Good computer knowledge
3. Possess negotation skill with internal/external parties
4. Able to do presentation to top management
5. Problem Solving capacity
6. Able to follow up and monitor the task and able to meet datelines
7. Able to learn and work independentlyEnglish Level
