• Job Description

  - Assist current Shipping Manager in managing daily shipping tasks.
  - Manage customer’s expectation in terms of operations flow, shipment delay, documentation and related KPIs.
  - Handle forwarding/shipping operations and documents (K1-K9). Familiar with preparation import and export shipping documents.
  - Ensure that all aspect of freight import/export are managed efficiently and effectively to ensure that service met at all times.
  - Ensure that the forwarding and dispatch of goods and other requirements are achieved within agreed specific client service standards.
  - Preparation of reports as required by management or customers.
  - Perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior.
