    Sales admin at Machinery manufacturing & Engineering company.
    Assigned for the Sales Department, Mainly in charge of general admin task, report to Sales Admin. Asst. Mgr.
    Sometimes visit their sales office in Ara Damansara, liaise with Inventory staff and Sales staff.
    If you have an administrative experience in the similar industry, would be very suitable for this position to utilize your knowledge and skills.

    1. Processing Order to Local Supplier.
    2. Counter stock before goods release
    3. Taking phone calls from customers.
    4. Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
    5. Create Incoming Slip for every shipment.
    6. Monthly statement to customer.
    7. Data Entry into accounting System ( AR & AP.)

Qualifications

  • Requirement


    - Language : English, Mandarin and Malay
    - Education Background : At least Diploma
    - Experience : at least 2 years experience as a Sales Admin
    【Preferably】from Engineering & Machinery/ Manufacturing company if possible.

  • Benefit

    Salary package: RM3,000/month + Commuting Allowance

    1. Transportation: Fixed allowance ( calculate based on the distance)
    2. Parking - can use company parking
    3. Bonus: 2 times/year, average 1 month (amount depends on individual performance)
    4. Medical Leave – 14 days
    5. Annual Leave – Kindly check below for 1st year. After 12 months, will be 8 days entitled
    *AL for 1st year
    1st- 3rd month ： No AL during probation
    4th- 8th month : 1 day added per month = 5 days in total for the 1st year
    6. Medical benefits – Up to 1,500RM/year (They have a panel doctor but also can go to another clinic and claim)
    *No private medical insurance

    Others:
    Toll : Not claimable for daily commute but claimable for outstation
    Petrol : Not claimable for daily commute but claimable for outstation （Klang Valley area: 0.23RM/km、outside of Klang Valley : 0.50RM/km）

    * Claim all at once in a month, not on the spot.
