  • Job Description

    - To manage, maintain and monitor process yield and quality.
    - Provide engineering support to production to sustain and improve production yield, quality and process cycle time.
    - Troubleshoots problems that occur during production, including staff shortage and machinery malfunctions.
    - To liaise with vendors/customers on product-related issues.
    - Ensure the manufacturing processes requirements are derived from customer requirements on product performance are being expedited.
    - Manage worker's discipline and ensure safety of the environment.
    - Prepares reports about production processes for upper management and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
    - Any other duties assigned from time to time.
    - Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by the Manager.
