  • To support, pre sales activities & product training to Konica Minolta's Industrial Printing and Production Printing related products.
  • To take part on product training for BMY's Industrial Printing and Production Printing related products required by the company.
  • To support, sell and provide training to Konica Minolta’s Industrial Printing and Production Printing related products.
  • To upsell, Konica Minolta developed software and third party solution related to Industrial Printing and Production Printing segments.
  • To provide on-job-training (OJT) to sales staff of Konica Minolta branches wherever needed.
  • Communicate with the field sales force on the company policies, product development, sales programmers, etc.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
  • Maintains good relations with customers, advise them of Company’s services and provide product and pricing information.
  • Close liaison with technical team on any technical problems and ensure they are attended to immediately.
  • Evaluate customer’s requirements, investigate complaints of technical nature affecting sales, etc and advise management as regards key problem areas.
  • Perform other related duties which may be assigned to you by your superior from time to time.
