  • Job Description

    - Report to General Manager (Itaki-San) and Senior Sales Executive (Mr Steve)
    - Trading practice
    - Support sales person in documentation such as issuance of Sales Order based on customer Purchase Order requirement
    - Attend customer inquiry through phone call
    - Escalate to Sales Person in charge upon any abnormal issue, delivery delay, short of quantity, customer complaints and etc.
    - Date entry in internal system
    - Prepare daily delivery schedule and making delivery arrangement
    - Assist Sales Person in-­charge in the preparation of quotation and new job arrangement

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English
    - Education Background : Diploma/Degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration
    - Experience :
    > 2 years of experience in trading practice
    - Certificate : N/A
