• Job Description

  As a Tour coordinator, mainly liaise with internal staff to get the inquiry and communicate with Hotels, Restaurants and any other tourist spot to get the information or to book.
  *Japanese language is only for internal use (either at the office or with Japanese staff at other branches)
  This company is providing tour package and tour arranging service towards Japanese individual & companies.
  (Group tour arranging : Individual = 6 : 4 )
  
  • Liaise with Japanese staff at the office and at the other branches on the booking Hotels & restaurants or arranging tours.
  • Help Japan desk to book or to check the booking with Hotels & restaurants in Malaysia.
  • Sometimes visit the hotels or tourist spot to get the information (not frequently)
  • Provide the local information or trend to Japan HQ or other branches
  • Provide general support to all members
  • Undertake general administrative duties when required.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and general emails.
  • No sales activities
