  • Job Description

    • Modify and designing of machine, jig and tools.
    • To improve machine efficiency
    • Prepare, provide and trouble shoot for improvement
    • Setting new standard for production and process
    • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
    • Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems
    • Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers
    • Develop innovative solutions
    • Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards
    • Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of production process
    • Advise on corrective actions
    • Work with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a cost-effective and working production process
    • Ensure projects are completed in time
    • Ensure financial budgets are followed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Automation & Robotic or equivalent.
    - Experience : At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing field.
    - Require Skill :
    > Knowledge in AutoCAD 2D is a must.
    > Strong technical skill especially mechanical system.
    - Others :
    > Good problem solving skill.
    > Matured, analytical and able to work independently.
    > Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    > Computer literate: Excel, Words and Power Point.
