• Job Description

  1. Accurate and timely reporting of whole overseas projects profit/loss to TOKYO headquarters by Japanese language every month.
  2. Accounting closing to recognize revenues/costs and maintain receivable/payable correctly with reflecting various currency exchange rates for the projects every quarter.
  3. Communication with Japanese staff in other countries to collect and review documents and information for project profit/loss control.
  4. Create analysis and detail reports to TOKYO headquarters at quarterly accounting closing.
  5. Tax analysis of deductible costs and the reporting to TOKYO headquarters at fiscal year end closings.
  6. Management of accounting system for project profit/loss control and receivable/payable sub books.
