    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    - Handle customer complaints
    - Analyse product defects and justify findings
    - Recommend actions for improvements
    - Coordinate with internal departments as well as with customers
    - Work closely with all Departments especially production and sales
    - Required to travel to meet customers located overseas when required

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, Mandarin (must be able to write and speak), Mala
    - Education Background : Degree : Science Degree in Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Physics, Material Science.
    Engineering degree in Chemical
    - Experience : Fresh Graduates from related disciplines are encouraged to apply
    Relevant experience is necessary
    - Require Skill : *Written & Spoken Mandarin
    *English Language
    *Positive attitude & confident
    *Excellent communication skills.
    Including presentation, negotiation skills
    * Analytical skills
    *Required to travel overseas to meet customers when the needs arise.
    - Certificate : '-
    - Others : • Customers are manufacturers of printed circuit board makers mainly based on China, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand.
    • Ability to communicate in mandarin is necessary
    *Required to travel overseas to meet customers when the needs arises.
    -Conversant in computerised Simplified & Traditional Chinese Input/Typing Methods and report writing are added advantage.
