  • Job Description

    - Plan and control for customer services activities in the company (input SO in tomato system, monitor/coordinate delivery, issue invoice, delivery order, packing list, GPB1 and stock check)
    - Responsible for inventory and account receivable control.
    - Assume all subordinate job when they are not available.
    - Ensure that quality and environmental management system is implemented and maintained throughout the company.
    - Carry all responsibilities as defined in the company QMS, EMS and other related committee.
    - Carry out additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior.
    - Responsible for officer subordinate job and control distribution of capacity.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : Malay/ English / Chinese
    - Education Background : SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree; No preference
    - Experience :
    > Over 1 year of experience in sales coordination process from PO issuance until delivery in manufacturing line
    > Possess experience in dealing with customer
    - Require Skill : N/A
    - Certificate : N/A
    - Age : 25 ~ 35
    - Others : No preference in notice period
