  - Duties & Responsibilities:
  1) Ensure fractional plant is running at optimum level by meeting all
  budgeted process control (quality and quantity)
  2) Ensure the utilities consumption are well managed and controlled within
  the budgeted figures
  3) Ensure everybody is following sop to avoid any process upset
  4) Ensure all plant activities are complying safety, iso, fssc, haccp, gmp standard
  5) Coordinate the manpower arrangement for special plant activities if any.
  6) Coordinate with sc/qc for daily product dispatch/delivery
  7)verify daily stock and production report
