  • Job Description

    * To lead the independent Aftermarket business in accordance with national laws in Malaysia, the partnership agreement, and the overall
    objectives of company sales policy. To develop and execute sales strategies in order to reach optimal market shares. To implement a
    cost- optimized, powerful and customer oriented sales organization
    * Report to the IAM Head of Sales for Asean & Taiwan and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals as
    well as expanding the country market share
    * Responsible for local distribution and pricing structure
    * Identify market potential and develop strategies for both short and long term growth of company turnovers
    * Streamline work flow and processes to ensure efficiency and ensure service excellence to customers
    * Work closely with Regional Asean Range Manager to grow the Asian Range Business in Malaysia
    * Work closely with Regional Marketing Team and Formulate local Marketing strategies
    * Work closely with Regional Service Manager to grow the IAM Service Business in Malaysia
    * Maintain an effective budgetary control on expenses from IAM Sales Team

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Race : Chinese
    - Language : English,
    - Education Background : Master/Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Engineering or Equivalent
    - Experience : At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager managing Key Accounts and Sales Team
    At least 10 years of experience as Sales Professional Dealing with Independent Automotive aftermarket product or relevant
    industrial product with excellent track records
    Experience working in Multinational corporation will be an advantage
    Excellent communication skills in reporting business strategies and collaboration with key business partners
    Excellent leadership skills in building a motivated and cohesive sales team by empowerment and developing skills competencies
    Independent, result oriented with strong business acumen
    Ability to work in a regional matrix organization with different cultures
    Willing to travel overseas when required
    Fluency in Mandarin and various Chinese Dialects would be advantage
    - Require Skill : Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
    Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills
    Excellent time management skills
    Independent, result oriented with strong business development sense
