    Job responsibilities :
     Drive, align and establish one single Project Management and Service Delivery Methodologies across Konica Minolta ITS projects
     Develop and maintain entire suite of Project Management and Service Delivery templates from basic Meeting Minutes to Master Project Plans containing such elements as WBS, Gantt Chart, Change Management, Issues List, Communications Matrix to an in-depth Risk Management Plan
     Develop, maintain and document PMO and Service Delivery service processes based on market best practice e.g. PMP or ITIL methodology
     Develop and maintain service delivery service catalogs, internal KPI/s, internal audit framework
     Update Project Management Report for project status and bi-weekly reporting by the Project Managers
     Develop and maintain Knowledge Management System for best practices and lessons learnt
     Perform Project Dashboard Reporting to management
     Develop new hire onboarding, briefing, training and mentoring on Project Management and Service Delivery
     Participate in pre-sales activities to review compliance requirements, provide project resources sizing, provide consultancy and response on RFP question specific to Project Management
     Develop and maintain write up on Governance framework template for RFP responses
     Execute lean analysis for As-Is processes and provide recommendations on process improvements for To-Be system
     Conduct internal quality audit and review of projects
     Maintain and track resources skillsets, identify gaps and develop training guide / plans
     Perform Departmental Reporting on Resources Utilization, Certification tracking, KPI tracking, etc.
     Involve in annual budget exercise
     Manage IT Outsource service desk, desktop daily operations and professional services at customer’s site.
     Work closely with Internal Management Team such as Consultant, Business Analyst, Service team and branch support.
     Responsible to manage all project delivery resources at customers’ site on a daily basis.
     Establish clear communication channels with the customer from a strategic and operational perspective. Participate in regular service performance reviews including monthly project status reviews.
     Conduct periodic meetings with clients and delivery team on timely status updates, service level requirement reviews, continual improvement, change control and other informal meetings.
     Monitor and ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met and services are always available on customers’ site.
     Manage escalation issues with the customer.
     Manage customer’s expectation and ensure all deliverables are communicated and delivered on the agreed and committed timeline.
     Performs any other related duties as and when directed by superior.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English
    - Education Background : Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
    - Experience : Min 5 years of working experience within an ICT/ Project Management Office and Service Delivery role for this position
    -Experience in the deployment and setup of ICT/ IT Outsourcing/Service Delivery project governance models, based on prescribed methodologies
    - Require Skill : Working knowledge of using Project Management tools.
     Demonstrated ability and a proven record of working with customers and 3rd party vendors at Senior & Executive Management level.
     Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team
