  • Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES :
    • Monitor HR Department’s budget
    • Act as the point of contact for labor legislation issues
    • Create & run referral bonus program
    • Review current HR Technology and recommend effective software
    • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
    • Oversee daily operation of the HR department
    • Implementing HR policies, systems and operating procedures.
    • Handle and validate payroll on monthly basis.
    • Prepare letters for new hire, resignation and confirmation of employment.
    • Organise documentation of HR operational procedures and process flow
    • Update organization chart from time to time.
    • Perform other administrative duties assigned by superior.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Language : English & Mandarin
    Education Background : Diploma & Degree in any relevant field.
    - Experience : Proven work experience as HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role with minimum 3 years experience
    - Experience with Human Recourses Management System /Applicant Tracking System
    - Require Skill : Resourceful and able to handle multiple tasks and assignments independently.

    • Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
