  • Job Description

    - Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts’ stakeholders and assigned purchasing responsible
    - Work closely with technical site manager to acquire key accounts’ needs and requirement for the next 6 to 12 months
    - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to increase revenue and maximize profits
    - Represent company for Key customers’ Business/Vendor Review
    - Monitor and facilitate successful delivery of contracts to key customers
    - Forecast and track key account and partner metrics
    - Setup and complete all contractual and commercial requirement with identified partners
    - Ensure compliance and delivery of service by partners according to contractual and commercial agreement
    - Coordinate and facilitate partner enablement programs

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English & Chinese (Written and spoken)

    - Education Background : Minimum degree holder in the field of science, engineering or computer science

    - Experience : Min of 5 years of account management or partner management experience in high-tech manufacturing industries

    - Require Skill :
    Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate within the company, customers and partners to facilitate customers need fulfillment
    Successful track record of managing multiple accounts and partners
    Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    Strong leadership qualities and attitudes

    - Others :
    Working experience in IT sector of manufacturing environment will be an advantage
    Must be willing to travel for Business Development purpose
