    * Strategic and strong business sense with ability to research and source for new business opportunities
    * Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain & customer satisfaction to achieve market share
    * Identify, manage & secure existing & new account & continue to maintain high level of sales achievement
    * Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to establish rapport
    * Planning & overseeing new sales & marketing initiatives
    * Planning, identifying business opportunities, initiating promotion activities and provide timely market information to management
    * Assist management in setting department targets, company targets, staff KPI & Monitor progress

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
    - Experience : At least 5 years of working experiences in stamping and powder coating industry
    Preferably Senior Executive/Manager specializing in sales-stamping and powder coating industry
    Proven working experiences as a Business Development Manager
    Proven Sales track record in increasing revenue through generation of leads
    Excellent time management & organizational skill
    Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
    Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
    Competencies required: Knowledgeable, Customer/Relationship- oriented, strong communicator, result oriented, good business
    judgement & infuses pride in organizational vision, mission & values
    Resourceful with solid network of contacts and know-who & know -how in hunting prospective customers
    Aggressive, persistent, strong passion & hungry for success with a committed motivation to get things done through execution
    Strong technical affinity with willingness & commitment to learn product knowledge
    customer focus, confident, excellent convincing & influential skills with strong ability to close the deal
