  - Report to QA Manager
  - Liaise with Japanese clients in quality issues, need to travel to Japan to understand clients' unsatisfied issue and coordinate with internal sections to conduct improvement solution
  - Yield improvement
   Work with related parties on yield improvement project / activities
   Perform internal audit for process stabilization and improvement
   Suggestion of Kaizen improvement
  - Handling quality issues
   Cooperate with related parties for defects root cause findings (especially for unknown defect)
   Propose corrective active and improvement actions
   Monitor effectiveness and continuous improvement
  - Handling of customer complaint
   Investigate root cause and apply corrective / preventive action
   Verify effectiveness of countermeasure
   Prepare claim reply report
  - QMS : Ensure the documents and process comply with the ISO 9001:2015
