• Job Description

  - Responsible to work with customer personnel to provide recommended techniques and suggest measures to improve operations and customer service.
  - Perform field service operations that may involve testing and verification of equipment.
  - Provide prompt service and support related to system setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of vision inspection machine at customer premises in Malaysia or overseas.
  - Write detailed reports of problems encountered, tests performed, and work done.
  - Troubleshoot and repair equipment, applying own knowledge and experience to resolve problems
  - Commission, troubleshoot and service vision system, measurement machine and AOI
  - Improve on customer support's plan and build good customer relationship
  - Follows through with all aspects of each customer's service job
  - Ensure customer 100% satisfaction
  - Feedback and work with internal team on quality and design related issue
  - Provide training to customer
