• Job Description

  - Provide technical support in quality and production teams in solving TFT-LCD’s related issue.
  - Verifying fallouts at customer’s production line (TV) on a daily basis, and at any other days or occasions should there be any request from customer.
  - Performing 1st and 2nd level failure analysis pertaining to the LCD rejects.
  - Co-ordinate for rework or screening activities in hub, verification for all incoming cargo’s discrepancy and managing rejects inventory in hub.
  - Work closely with HQ, Local offices (Singapore, Japan), in communicating quality performance of TFT-LCD to our customers.
  - Preparing reports for weekly product performance trends, field service support to customers upon request, providing technical lectures for customer’s staffs from time to time, and support all customer’s related request.
  - Support field sales on technical inquiries.
  - Working closely with internal CS team, providing vital info gathered from customer’s operations, activities, and VOC (Voice Of Customer)
