• Job Description

  • Plan, conduct and technically direct projects to complete Product Development and Launching
  Process (PDLP)
  • Plan, organize technical support and operations resources to NPD and EPD projects.
  • Analyze, evaluate and plan methods/approach to achieve solution for complex technical or process
  issue e.g. DOE, FMEA.
  • Conduct investigation and process matrix challenges to arrive in good validations readiness.
  • Review design on mold and parts, current practice to total solution of project.
  ・Review project progress and evaluate results in term of timeline and cost.
  • Specify material, equipment and supplies required for implementation and completion of project.
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities to provide mold and services to support the project.
  • To provide technical consultation to toolmaker/operations personal.
  • Supervising project matrix team for job assigned and attainment.
  • Complete documentations of project timeline by using MS Projects and CAPEX and cash flow projection.
  • Any other job assignment required by the superior from time to time.
