  Summary of duties/Responsibilities
  1. To mainly support sales department operability and functionality either external or internal
  2. To tighten up the harmonious relationship between the company and customers so as to achieve the
  company goals and objective.
  3. To liaise and coordinate with the relevant functions of the organization to enhance quality service to customers.
  4. To promptly and accurately respond to customers' requirements as well as prompt respond and handle to
  customers' complaints all the time.
  5. To assist in gathering and preparing the market intelligence activities information such as market share,
  pricing, product, competitor analysis and general development in the industry.
  6. To review customers' order before accepting the contract.
  7. To execute the sales and marketing strategies in order to penetrate into new business.
  8. To assist and follow up the collection of outstanding debt from customers.
  9. To review the customer agreement before submit to Legal department
  10. To guide and lead the senior/ Sales Executive, Senior/Sales Officer in job functionality.
  11. Any others job assignments required by immediate superior from time to time.
