• Job Description

  Working as Support Exec., your task will be:
  
  Ensuring the smooth running of the system and networking infrastructure for our valued customers.
  To ensure that the performance and availability of the server, network infrastructure and facility is well maintained, achieve the service level standard.
  
  • To monitor and maintain the customer’s system and network infrastructure in shift rotation 24 hour, 365 days.
  • To act as 1st level helpdesk for customer’s IT engineer and operation management.
  • To coordinate trouble-shooting procedures with our valued customers, network carrier and respective system and network vendors.
  • To assist Service Management Executive regarding operation related matters.
  • Advise and suggest improvement for operation related documents.
  • Responsible for Ticket Management, escalation and elevation.
  • To perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  Work on
  ・ Server & Network Monitoring.
  ・ Do LAN and Firewall configuration.
  ・ Handle server and network incidents based on defined process and procedures.
  ・ Perform tasks as defined.
  ・ Deal with callings and Emails in Japanese and in English.
