  • Job Description

    - Share information with existing clients
    - Develop new clients
    - Correctly get the information of client's demand
    - Have meeting with existing client about products and new projects
    - Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing customers
    - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    - Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    - Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    - Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
    - Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    - Continuously improve through feedback
    - Report to Manager
    - Provide OJT by MD
    - Sometimes need to go to Penang and Ipoh for meeting with clients

  • Requirement

    - Need own car
    - Language : English, (Japanese is advantage)
    - Aggressive person, has good communication skill
    - Stable person(At least 2 years working experience for 1 company is better)
    - Certificate : Driver’s license

    - Education Background : Diploma in any field
    - Experience : sales of manufacturing company is better, but not a must
    - Working experience in Japanese basis company as sales is advantage

  • Benefit

    Salary: 3500-5000(Japanese speaker for up to 5,000RM)
    Basic salary +RM 1000 (Car Allowance)
    Bonus: 3.5-4 months(depends on company profit)
    Salary increase rate: 3.5-4%
    Business trip allowance
