  Job scopes：
  · Answer the queries from customer in terms of environment (On average 20-30 cases per day)
  · Since sometimes the question comes in Japanese, this position candidate needs to understand a certain level of Japanese in order to confirm it and make a reply.
  · Inquire the information from customer and prepare the materials necessary for the production plan based on the communication with production department
  · Check the condition to protect the environment（Ex:Analyze factory wastewater for protect environment）
  · When there is a problem, create a report on improvement
  · Provide training to employee to become an ecological company, such as reducing electricity to reduce the use of energy and recycling paper.
