    - Assist HOD to manage apart of HR & Admin. business, eg Recruitment & Training
    - Responsible to manage business related to Japanese Expatriates
    - Any other related employee's benefit and welfare management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English and Japanese
    - Education Background :
    > Candidate must possess a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
    > Graduate from Japan University
    - Experience : Min 10 years of Human Resource and Administration, working experience in manufacturing environment
    - Require Skill :
    > Familiar with Employment Act
    > Literate with Excel, power point, words and others
    - Age : 35 ~ 40
    - Others :
    > Possess a high level of integrity, responsibility and able to work independently, able to response any emergency due to employees issue
    > Good personality, good discipline, responsible and honest personnel
