  Job Scopes:
  • Support China Users
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving machinery
  • Research questions using available information resources
  • Advise user on appropriate action to Client
  • Follow standard help desk procedures
  • Log all help desk interactions
  • Escalate problems to appropriate resource and departments at Client’s
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to Client
  • Track and route problems and requests and document solutions
  • Prepare activity reports to be submitted to Client
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates regarding all machineries
  • Working with both Internal and External customers/employees of the Client to identify problems and advising on the solution regarding machineries
  • Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries to be submitted
