• Job Description

  1) Responsible for overall operational leadership, tactical execution and financial performance of the production floor.
  2) Responsible for the operation of production, quality, warehouse management, planning, shipping and engineering.
  3) Direct responsibility for representing Factory Operation Department under Operation Director to initiate continuous improvement in
  operation, development of the forecast reviews, schedules, customer commitments, load/capacity analysis.
  4) Produce timely report in delivering high quality products to customers.
  5) Result orientated, creative, innovative and possess leadership qualities.
  6) To determine cost efficiency of the quality and operation at the production floor.
  7) Supervising and overseeing all the departments under production/ operation factory.
  8) To champion the improvement activities of the factory.
