• Job Description

  
  - Lead in engineering department.
  - Responsible in every new model development especially for tubing items,fuel filler and oil level gauge.
  - Responsible for meeting with clients in the event of problems and new development kickoff.
  - Cooperate with all department in designing new models.
  - Working with customers in designing and making new jig as they please.
  - Provide a schedule for each new model and planning activities or improvement activities.
  - Participate in any activities with customers.
  - Work closely with the operational Engineering, QC, R&D, warehouse and business development project teams, utilize relationships to ensure that product implementation schedules are met.
  - Engaged, equipped, and lead all new product development, process control with appropriate training, tools, and strategy development for success manufacturing operations and also project implementation.
