• Job Description

  <Job Description>
  ・Reporting directly to the Head of Department.
  ・Performing as independent entity in order to ensure of quality without fear or favour and free from any biasness
  ・To prepare inspection and tests reports for all the analysis / project done
  ・To collaborate with the respective production departments for a continuous quality, efficiency and products improvement
  ・To arrange a good housekeeping, hygiene, cleanliness and orderliness at the work station
  
  <Functions>
  ・To improve performance of existing products
  ・To develop new ‘value added’ products and recipes
  .・To assist Head of Department to analyse and rectify internal and external quality issue
  ・To supervise and follow up on the job training programme carried for all staff
  ・To trained and follow up the staff development
  ・To ensure proper discipline of all Laboratory staff, with regards to:
  a) conformance to approved test procedures during testing,
  b) appropriate conduct in a R & D Laboratory
  c) observance of Safety Procedures when handling chemicals and equipment, etc.
  
  <Responsibilities>
  ・Improvement of existing products and formulation of new products by contributions of innovative ideas with regard to R & D projects / programs
  ・Responsible to ensure that tests on all research / study sample, market sample, sent
  out sample are conducted according to approved test methods, and the test results are accurate and reliable
  ・Responsible to control the quality of all research / study sample, market sample, sent out sample to meet specification as per requested
  ・Participants in HACCP and ISO training and implementation of the operating procedures
  ・To ensure the hygiene level of the sample before approval for sent to client
  ・Other responsibilities to be assigned by the head of department or the management as
  and when required
