Should you hire a job hopper?
According to Career Builder - 43% of the employers won’t consider job hoppers.
What is job hopping? It’s a term normally refer to a professional who changes their job many times and don’t usually stay with a company longer than two years.
During the resume screening stage, normally HR will reject the candidate straight away without interview if they found the candidate is a job hopper. This is normal. They don’t want to waste time on unloyal employee.
Hiring is costly, employer would like to hire loyal candidate who willing to commit to the organization. However, there is still pros and cons in hiring job hoppers.
