- Involve in new FRQ activities and quotation preparation- Develop and maintain project timeline and ensuring project is on schedule- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques- Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans. Manage changes and adapt project plans as necessary- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications. Regularly communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear direction.- Develop and monitor the project budget. Manage project costs to stay within budget constraints- Ensure that all project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Document project phases and create summary reports for internal teams & external customers and project update is required by project phases in daily/weekly/monthly basis- To review customers specification and determine the processes from customers’ documents- To manage the project team after project kick-off- To participate in DFM review, co-work with R&D team to provide technical and engineering solution to customers- To liaise with customer for clarification and obtain further information to move forward.- Good understanding on customer’s requirement, conceptual and objective to provide total solution of design work is compliance to SEMI, environmental, mechanical specifications and safety regulatory.- Candidate must be able to work independently, self-motivated, required to have positive attitude, self-starter, good team work with internal team and external customers on co-development projects.- Ensure customers satisfaction and willing to take new challenges
